Q&A: bass player needs help with slap?

ok so i already know how to slap, but i dont want to get lessons like bass lessons. So I want like possibly a vid or a site that teaches you how to slap quick, and by quick i dont meen "BASS SLAP AS Simple AS 1-2-three" like i meen quickly like transfer your hand quite fast like lightning pace (but u know thats above exagerated) so if anybody has like a website or a vid iv been attempting to look and cant locate nearly anything.
