Q&A: Guitar Songs Beginner?

Hi,
I play electric guitar and I'm into Blues and Rock. Would Crossroads by Eric Clapton be hard to play for a beginner? I can read tabs and have some basic chords down but can't do pull offs or trills (don't know if that matters for this song or not).
I'm completley self taught through videos on youtube and books i own. I love the Wind Cried Mary by Hendrix would that be too hard? My ultimate goal is to play Stairway to Heaven at my friends
