Steve morse High Tension wires album tabs?

Ok, this is by far my favorite album of all time and is beautifully written, yet i cant understand why there are few guitar tabs dedicated to its songs! Yes, there are some, such as Highland Wedding, probably the 2nd best on the album, along with Ghostwind; but where are the other ones such as The Road Home or Looking Back? Please help, as the tablature book is out of print and I cannot find one available.
